The Jade Circle®
is a group for women to explore Taoist practices specifically for women.
Many of these practices are described in Mantak Chia's book "Healing Love
through the Tao: Cultivating Female Sexual Energy".
We aim to bring these practices to life - facilitating your experiences
in an accessible and supportive way, in a relaxed, safe and friendly environment.
All women are welcome - no previous experience is needed for Level 1: in fact all our experiences are
valued and can contribute to the group pool of knowledge. Our Circles address the needs,
interests and desires of those who attend - weaving together a rich tapestry of feminine energy,
wisdom and experience.

by the Indian spiritual teacher Dr Usha. And once Kris even ran a circle, in Dublin
for women on Foundations Step 1, the only time a man has entered the circle. Anamarta has taken
the Travelling Circle across the land, from Devon to Newcastle and places in between,
and this year accepted invitations to circle the world: Portugal, returning to India,
